The fact is, since relocating to Asia, Jeffrey has been looking for ways to address what he sees as a big problem – while Asia is full of highly educated, motivated, talented and ambitious women, there aren’t enough women in leadership positions. Additionally, he feels businesswomen are poorly served by the current training programs available. Much of the training is outdated, delivered by trainers with no corporate experience, and doesn’t recognize and capitalize on the different skills and talents women bring to the workforce.
This is a missed opportunity for companies and a disservice to these talented businesswomen. Jeffrey spent more than 20 years, across 4 countries, in executive marketing positions at some of the world’s most admired companies including, Pepsi-Cola, JPMorgan Chase, Citibank and Barclays. In those roles, Jeffrey championed the careers of women and minorities by serving on the global Diversity and Inclusion councils in the United States and the United Kingdom. Jeffrey has teamed up with a global network of leading women to reimagine business skills training – it’s good for your female employees and it’s good for your total business.
